1. PREAMBULE
These special conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Conditions”) define the terms and conditions under which STRUCTURA, a one-person SAS company with a capital of €203,000, registered at the RCS du Mans under number 335 323 267, whose head office is located at 20 rue Gustave Eiffel 72470 Champagné (hereinafter referred to as “STRUCTURA”) offers and sells its Services to its non-professional clients (hereinafter referred to as “Clients”) within the promotional offer “a marriage bought = a marriage offered” (hereinafter “the Offer”).
The Conditions apply in addition to the general terms and conditions of sale of STRUCTURA for non-professionals (hereinafter referred to as the “GTC”).
Therefore, any order of Services from STRUCTURA by the Customer in the context of the Offer implies full adherence to these Terms and the GTC.

 

2. CONTENT OF THE OFFER
When the Client has rented a reception structure on the occasion of his marriage or PACS, STRUCTURA offers him the rental of a structure with an equivalent budget for his divorce or dissolution of his PACS, according to the terms and conditions set out in these Terms.
The offer includes the rental, for a period of 48 hours, of a reception structure for a budget equivalent to the rental purchased at the wedding or PACS, excluding interior fittings (furniture, flowers, decorative elements). The offer includes transport, assembly and dismantling of the structure, as well as basic lighting inside the structure.
The Offer is subject to the availability of a structure and the personnel necessary for the execution of the Offer on the date desired by the Client.
The place of installation of the structure subject to the offer must be located in the geographical area limited to the following departments: Finistère, Côtes-d’Armor, Ille-et-Vilaine, Morbihan, Sarthe, Mayenne, Maine-et-Loire, Vendée, Loire-Atlantique, Orne, Calvados, Manche, Eure, Seine-Maritime, Eure-et-Loir, Loir-et-Cher, Indre-et-Loire, Loiret, Indre, Cher.

 

3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
The offer is open to Clients who have signed, between October 15, 2024 and January 31, 2025, a quote directly with STUCTURA or the company VIGNAIS LOCATION, a one-man SAS with a capital of €70,000, registered at the RCS of Rennes under number 420 423 436, whose head office is located ZI La Bougeoire 8 rue Andrée Regnier 35130 La Guerche-de-Bretagne for the rental of a reception structure on the occasion of his wedding or his PACS. Quotations signed by the Client through an intermediary (event organizer, wedding planner) do not give entitlement to the benefit of the Offer.

The divorce or dissolution of the PACS must be pronounced within 3 years after marriage or PACS. And the Client must apply to benefit from the Offer for the organization of a reception within one year following the date of the divorce judgment or the registration of the dissolution of the PACS.
Only the first of the two divorced or separated spouses who makes the request and submits to STRUCTURA the required proof can benefit from the Offer.

 

4. OFFER IMPLEMENTATION MODALITIES
To request to benefit from the offer, the Client contacts STRUCTURA by email at the dedicated address info@structura-lemans.fr indicating his name, first name, date of marriage or PACS, date of divorce or dissolution of the PACS.
The Client attaches to his request email:
– copy of the quote signed between October 15, 2024 and January 31, 2025 for a wedding or PACS reception,
– a copy of the PACS divorce or dissolution certificate (full birth certificate, copy of the family book with reference to the divorce or dissolution of the PACS, copy of the divorce judgment page relating to the divorce),
– the request for structure indicating the date and place planned for installation.
STRUCTURA drafts a proposal to the Client containing the conditions of the Offer and the terms agreed with the Client, as well as any additional services requested by the Client and giving rise to invoicing.

 

5. COMMUNICATION
The Client authorises STRUCTURA to communicate on the transaction carried out on all media and advertising and marketing materials provided for this purpose, including social networks.
STRUCTURA is in particular, but not limited to, authorized to publish photos of the structure and to indicate that the structure is provided as part of the Offer while preserving the anonymity of the Customer, unless the Customer expressly consents in writing.

 

6. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In application of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), it is recalled that the personal data requested from the Customer are necessary for the processing of the Customer’s order.
These data may be communicated to any STRUCTURA partners responsible for the execution of orders, in particular to the company VIGNAIS LOCATION.
The Customer has, in accordance with national and European regulations in force, a permanent right of access to change, rectification, opposition, portability and limitation of processing regarding information concerning him.
This right may be exercised under the conditions and in accordance with the terms and conditions defined on the STRUCTURA website/by simple request by email to info@structura-lemans.fr
